COLOMBIE EL EDEN (CRECER)

El Eden is a blend from 16 entrepreneurial farmersrnin the Armenia  Quindío region of Colombia. Thernsecond smallest department in Colombia  there isrna high concentration of coffee producers in thernarea and it is one of the key production areas inrnthe country. La Floresta is the biggest of therncontributors to El Eden with a 94 hectare farm  andrn80 hectares under coffee.rnThe name itself comes from the venue where therngroup would hold regular meetings to discuss bestrnpractices  business challenges and opportunities.rnAs a regular host of the meetings  the group camernto be referred after the venue – Rancho Eden –rnand this transferred to the coffee they grow.rnEL EDENrnColombiarnExporter RacafernRegion ArmeniarnCoffee when harvested is brought to the Racafernmill in Armenia  where it is sampled  cupped  andrngraded.
